Low-carb ice cream discovery

Okay, SoCal gang, everybody run to Ralph's. There's a new kid on the low-carb/sugar free block. Keto ice cream has an awful name, but it has ice cream sandwiches! Not any ice cream sandwiches, but sandwiches filled with peanut butter and mint ice cream, in addition to the usual vanilla and chocolate. So far, peanut butter is the one I like best.
