I'm at work today, but the air is getting worse so we might not all stay. We're here at-will, but the air at my house is probably worse. Josephina has given us masks, and I'm wearing one when I'm in the showroom. I arrived at work wearing a bandana over my face and announcing that I was Subcommandante Estefania.

New fire, this time in Escondido. As far as I know it's not anyone's fault; some embers got blown there. By noon the sky was yellow-grey and angry, and since the showroom was getting even more smoky and we were wearing our masks in the office even, we closed shop and went home. I had to stop to get some stuff from the grocery store and a condolence card for landlord Maxx, who had to put his elderly kitty to sleep today. ;_;
The vet came to the house so the cat didn't have to make a last trip out.

On the other hand, Steve's law school has cancelled classes for a third day in a row so we're all supposed to get together for video games and anime, but we don't know where that's going to happen.
