Jun. 3rd, 2014 05:32 pmToday I got up and got to the gym before 10 a.m., as is the discipline I've set for myself. I did 30 leg lifts on the Roman chair followed by running a mile and walking on an incline for 20 minutes. However, I seem to have sproinged a muscle in my glutes/upper thigh. So, I'll lift and do abs tomorrow.
Further goal for the day is cleaning the master bathroom. Such is life when waiting to start work.
