I'm going to brave the commissary on the Saturday after a payday.

Best time to hit it is in the morning when it opens. Everyone sleeps in on Saturday.

The Miramar commissary opens at 10. It was crowded, but I've seen it much worse. The huge Navy commissary opens at 0800, but it's brand-new and more expensive.
