weekend update

lady_kishiriaI worked my ass off today on housework and other things and it was still the most relaxing weekend I've had in at least a month. Today I made French toast and bacon for breakfast, walked to church (one mile each way; I was expecting Steve to take the car somewhere), stopped at Pancho Villa on the way for meat and enchiladas for lunch, did four loads of laundry, two sinkfuls of dishes, and made a baked pasta for dinner.
Everybody fire up the white light and prayers...we think Mei-Mei may have already reverted into a non-diabetic state. At six hours after her shot, her glucose was at 76. At 12 hours, it was 37, which is low, so I fed her a can of tuna. My new thing is to send faxes to the vet so that they have my questions and comments in writing, which gives them something to put in the file.
