Great success!

I made my usual sourdough recipe, with the only change being 1 tsp of yeast.

The bread comes out not quite as sour, and it rises really well. Yum!

My lemon pie isn't quite as successful. I thought about getting a lemon and grating peel into it. I should have. It's not terribly lemony. However the custard recipe is almost identical, with brown sugar instead of lemon juice and THAT should be outstanding.
