lady_kishiriaI don't know if the economy is *really* better in other parts of the country, but it's sure as shit in the toilet in San Diego. I'm not feeling like a loser because I have to do phone surveys to bring in some cash because after this little gig, the phone survey place is in a hiring freeze. Yeah. I'll let that sink in.
Even law firms like Procopio are laying off. I had a job interview for an incredibly crappy job and found that even attorneys were applying for it.
So I'd like to move (my ongoing horror at this always hot, always sunny San Diego weather is really getting to me) but A. I don't know if that would do me any good and B. even if I could, the fact that I am jobless now prevents me from doing it.
