Saints are going to the Superbowl
Waiting for grrm's inevitable "Life is meaningless and full of pain" post. Cause you know it's going to happen.
Saints vs Vikings was an amazing game. I've only recently started to get interested in football and I really enjoyed this one a lot. I had no idea how it was going to turn, although by about the third quarter I figured we were going to see overtime.
The SB should be played early Monday morning, Bagram time, and Monday is my day off if that pattern holds, so I'm optimistic about seeing at least some of it. According to an e-mail from MAJ T, there was a shakeup back at the ranch from the expected task force moving in, and the villains of my existence have been deposed. He says I have a new, nice desk but he doesn't know what my job will be yet. So I'm almost looking forward to seeing what ensues.
We had a visit fromshadowcell today. He just came to drop off "Super Robot Red Baron" and say hi. We watched the end of the Colts vs Jets game and I thought he and americanstd were going to hurt themselves with the Wal-Mart ad with the dad dressed as a clown. Gotta admit, it's one of the funniest we've seen. No babies were barbecued because americanstd isn't feeling well.
