Public Service Announcement

If you see me and dairy in the same vicinity, take it away from me if it is not a very aged cheese which has no lactose left in it. The pills only help a little.

The results, they are not pretty.

No, I've been aware of my lactose intolerance since 2005. Sometimes I just don't respect it as I should.

Sheep and goat cheese don't have lactose. Only bovine milk does.
