LARP = Live Action Role Playing. Except instead of being live-action Dungeons and Dragons they're playing at being Bible characters or something.

Oh, I read the articles and there was one about the guy who hated honey. But, when he realized that honey was food from God (it's in the Bible, after all), he had an epiphany. ::sighs::

A long time ago when my grandmother used to drag me and my siblings to church, she put us in this Vacation Bible School that had a "LARP" theme as you put it (each room was a different story from the Bible, complete with people in "historically accurate" garb, etc.) We'd eat pita bread and pretend to be 1st-2nd century Christians or whatever. I got really into it and actually wanted to be one of the cast members when I was old enough, but by the time I was in high school, the congregation didn't even exist anymore (not that I was Christian at that point anyway but whatever, I probably would've still done it).

That blog should be called "Yo-Yos for Yeshua."

It is culturally appropriating Jewish traditions to convert Jews away from their own religion and culture to Christianity. I have never heard of an actual Jew who is not pissed off by this tactic. I am waiting for a Jewish website that targets Christians with rational explanations for Jesus.
