Fish chowder

lady_kishiriaAfter having a tasty fish chowder at the Fish Club Odin, I decided to make one of my own. While it was delicious, I'm holding off on posting a recipe until I try improving it. One less potato, one more 12-oz packet of cod, a cheesecloth bag with four cloves and four peppercorns in it and I'll make my decision.
Yesterday was rainy and cold and I proclaimed it a Soup Day. Now that I have a kitchen with more counterspace, I intend to cook more. I have a cookbook that is only soups, and I will use it.
