"In Search of the Indo-Europeans" by J.P. Mallory

Lately I've been reading a lot on the origin of religions. Mallory's book, published in 1989, gave me the basic overview of the Indo-Europeans and what they lived and believed. The book is extremely readable and breaks it down into language, religion and archaeology, particularly as they show how the Indo-Europeans spread across Europe and into Southwest Asia. A good read if this is information you wish to familiarize yourself with.
