lady_kishiriaSo, I got taken into Josephina's office to be told that since I am so fantastically bad with customers (yeah, no kidding) I'm being given my own office so I don't have to deal with them.
Fair enough, so I decided to be fair too and give notice. I'll work a few days longer than I originally intended, to the 30th, but it'll give me one full paycheque to carry me into August. August should be low-expenditure since I'll just be at home working on my book, not buying lunch ever and hopefully we'll eat out much less because I'll be able to cook.
Plus, there's a lot to be said for not leaving with a lot of ugly feelings, although I'm not going to let them buy lunch for me on my last day. All the swinish devouring that goes on here is one of my issues; I come in disciplined about it, I go out disciplined about it.
