A week later

The kitchen island from Bed, Bath and Beyond is assembled and has been in my dining area for a week. It looks great, is extremely sturdy, and is making a nice coffee/tea station for me.
I've started a sourdough starter. I did that in 2010, but haven't been able to carry it with me through all the moves I've made since then. One of my friends has a lot of recipes on her Pinterest, so I'm going to refer to those. I've been finding flour in grocery stores, but I haven't looked for yeast and some of these recipes do call for it. But given that flour and toilet paper and cleaners are showing up, I'm optimistic.
My projects have been related to mystical study. I've been working through Gershon Sholem's "Kabbalah" for months, since it's a dense read. I'm 3/4 through, and decided I need a copy of The Zohar. Daniel Matt's 12 volume translation is WAY too expensive and space-occupying, but Soncino Press has a 5 volume translation that looks good. I've received it in, and it looks readable.
Oh, the sore throat was allergies and the weakness was dehydration. I've been drinking water out of my 22 ounce metal insulated cup and added some Gatorade to my routine.
