According to Josephina, there have been complaints every day about how rude I am to people on the phone. This morning she said I was no longer to talk to people on the phone at all because someone complained about me.
Someone I know for a fact I haven't spoken to.
Well, that had me steamed enough, but I was in the front office when someone called on her cell phone and asked to speak to me so I could set an appointment.
IN FRONT OF PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, including a client, she said, "Oh, Stephanie's not doing that anymore because...well, let's just say she has to learn some phone skills."
YOU FUCKING CUNT!!!!!! All right to tell me this in your office, but you do NOT FUCKING DO THIS IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHER PEOPLE. I've phoned Steve because at this point I think I should walk out that damn door, but it has to be something jointly agreed upon.
I cannot fucking believe this.
