That woman is so horrible she is equipped with auto-revenge. She will fuck up her own life in proportion to how nasty she has been to you.

Of course, there is always helping karma along a bit. Remember: buy supplies in another county, pay cash, tell the plans to no-one, wear gloves so no fingerprints, and do it several months after you've left so it is not connected to you.

Can you write a complaint on her, because if she's accusing you of something you never did (ie talk to someone you haven't talked to), isn't the cause for some sort of write up process?

It's my word against hers. This is a small family-owned company, so "write up processes" don't exist except for the employees. Above her is the owner, and he's totally blind to the fact that at one year, I'm the 3rd-longest surviving employee. Most people make it to about 6 months before getting fired or walking off the job.
