lady_kishiriaIt took me a while to get there (I had to get gas over at Costco) but I finally made it to the gym and onto the treadmill. I´m happy to say I can do an 11 minute mile, so I am going to aim for 10 next.
I came home and started having bad, bad asthma, so I had a real reason to take Asthma Medicine. Yeah, PunkPanther knows what it´s all about.
Steve just came in and told me the alternator is out in the car. Well, there goes the con.
