Free at last, free at last....
Jul. 30th, 2004 02:54 pmAt 2:30 I realized that I didn't have anything left to do nor my own seat to be in, so I said goodbye. I thanked Trini for the experience, and meant it. He's a good guy; I hope he does get his own store in North County soon. I said bye to the rest (missed Alyssa, who was on lunch, but e-mail me, we'll talk) and Josephina was off on one of her insane trips no doubt dealing with MAJOR PLAYERS (if I ever hear that phrase again, I'll throw up) so I just left without saying anything. I want to give her what for, but the idea of actually tracking her down to pick a fight seemed like too much effort. I will consult with my Legal Counsel (i.e. SteveO) and write a letter which I intend to send to the Comptroller too. Something has to be done about this freak.
In the meantime, I'm sitting here waiting for my guts to realize it's over. They're still thrashing around in my torso.
I am very lucky that I was able to save money and that Steve has a job he likes to help pay the bills. I do not take that for granted.
