Aug. 24th, 2004 11:05 pmI spent today plugging away on research, which is lending itself more to chapter 5 than chapter 4. It's all good though since chapter 5 is going to be a heavier chapter. Must book appointments with advisors tomorrow. If all goes according to plan, I'll be spending a couple of weeks in Montreal (with more than a weekend in Toronto, I hope) in October. Probably be spending a lot of time over a hot keyboard with Real coaching me on the proper French for my resume' (summary) of the work.
Attn: Gundam fanfic nuts...I'm 1.5 pages into "Quinto Sol" chapter 5 and...HIS DIVINE SHADOW HAS HIS LAPTOP. If I know him as well as I think I do, he'll be going without sleep in order to get the rough draft of the next chapter of "In Vain Doth Valour Bleed" to me to be shredded---oops, I mean edited---as soon as possible.
I went to the Livejournal Meetup, getting very lost in the process. I wish the Creator had seen fit to give me functioning eyes instead of the B+ cups I seem to have received as a consolation prize. Sigh. Night driving may soon be an impossibility for me, I'm afraid. But I had a nice time with Corey, whose lj addy I have forgotten,
nolly and
buddykat.
I've made my goal to be running a ten minute mile, then keep building up distance from there. I'll get back to work on that tomorrow morning at the gym.
