I cannot eat carbs

Yesterday I had pizza, pie crust not made of soy, and some other things I should not have eaten. Today I woke up depressed as hell. I dragged myself off to the gym in hopes that would lift my mood, and after doing all my weight training circuit, I had an asthma attack at 1/10 of a mile.

I have no job, no friends, I´m in exile, and I´m up to my eyeballs in debt. I need help and don´t know where to get it. Any suggestions?
