Oct. 5th, 2004 06:32 pmI hate to say this, but I think Cheney is taking Edwards to the cleaners. I was expecting a lot better from Edwards than just quoting his boss over and over. Cheney is lying about a lot of things, but he's still coming across as being the one who can speak for himself.
What is discomfiting is that these guys are getting fairly nasty to each other...I'd pay to see it come to fisticuffs and am not ruling that out.
I do wish that Cheney would stop acting as if American casualties are negligible. That's the Number One attitude that is sending me to the polls to vote against the Repubs this year.
