Toki's wish for Rachel Ray

There's an episode of "Metalocalypse" where Murderface decides he needs religion. One of the churches he tries out is the church of Satan, where the otherwise sweet and innocuous Toki prays for Rachel Ray's tits to fall off.

Today we turned on the TV looking for something to watch while eating brekkie. (Steve has today off.) There's Rachel Ray greeting her crowd and saying how this season's little vests push up what little bit of breast you have.

So I guess Toki got his wish.

This is one of the bad phases in a job, the part where you've started and you're working but you haven't started really getting paid yet (my first cheque was for half a week) and you still have things backed up to pay for with your first full cheque anyway...

Vine Ripe Market is a store that just opened in La Mesa. It's the usual farmers' market format but it specializes in international foods. It's more convenient to me than Trader Joe's and probably cheaper than Whole Paycheck, so I am eager to have a look.

Holy crap. "Royal Canadian Air Farce" is STILL on CBC? WHY? They suck, they always have sucked, they always WILL suck.

I miss CBC, but they always were the blight of Friday night.
