lady_kishiriaSince I've scored work for next week and have met my other objectives, I'm spending part of today bonding with the Tsaritsa. I'm watching DVDs with her in Badira's old spot on the couch, by my side.
I think that the Tsaritsa was as bonded to her first person as I was to Badira, and that this is why she is so skittish. Unlike Kaiser Friedrich, she does react to her old name, Dusty. So I've had a talk with her, explaining that she's lost her person and I've lost my cat, and while we can't just *replace* our cat and person, we can still be cat-and-person to each other. She's dozing beside me, so I think we're making progress.
Unlike his Imperial Sister, the Kaiser is a cat you can just pick up and wrestle with. He particularly likes to pin Steve in the middle of the night.
