lady_kishiriaI was going to go out tonight, but the incoming storm has brought with it my all-too-frequently-experienced Barometer Change Mood Swing, so I'm feeling vicious and snappy. Nobody needs to see me in this condition, so I'll just stay here, m'kay?
Making meatballs al forno has turned out to be more work than I anticipated, so that has me a bit grouchy too. The ground turkey was moister than the stuff I get from Costco, so that meant drying out EXTRA bread to bind it all together, and thawing the turkey and drying the bread took longer than I thought. Making the sauce was dead easy as usual. The whole thing is in the oven right now.
I've also written four more pages of "Quinto Sol" and edited what I had already of chapter 7. I have a bad habit of not naming incidental characters, which makes them less "real". So I've had to go back and do that since all of a sudden, I need their points of view, if only for a moment or two.
That's the State of the Rat right now.
