lady_kishiriaWell, looks like I'm most definitely going to be staying here. Josephina (boss) got back from the national convention and had me come into her office. She'd been talking to the owner about me.
They think I'm worth a $2/hr raise.
Now, if you recall, this was the amount I was going to ask for at my 3-month mark. I don't need to ask, though. I'm just getting it.
I don't know when it starts, and she didn't either, but apparently they're worried about me jumping ship if they don't reward me more. I said yes, I actually did turn down a job interview, so that made me very glad that I had.
Steve talked to school, and they want a money order for my tuition. Once that's done, I'm still a grad student at U de M. So that's a relief.
Only thing to regret is that this is one of the evenings Steve has class, cause otherwise we could celebrate! Wednesday is his birthday, and he has a class then too, so maybe tomorrow night.
