lady_kishiriaToday's supper *was* going to be chicken salad, (meaning a salad with chicken, not cut-up chicken with mayo and other things) but it's too dem cold. It's in the 50s here, which is quite chilly if that's the temperature indoors, which it is. Therefore, tonight's supper is beef stew: it's in the Crock-Pot right now.
Not working today, so I'm finishing up the latest dissertation edit and working on my security clearance forms.
