More adventures in pogey

Okay. Cat's a lot better today, Steve's off to work, housework done, time to call EDD about my DD-214. They're STILL unable to take my call due to the unusually high volume of calls--yeah, employment must really be up this quarter.

Fortunately, I know about this arcane device called a LETTER so I have written one. Hopefully they will respond.

Despite frustrations, I'm not feeling as bad as I was at 1 a.m. I can breathe again today, which may be why the Kaiser can too, if we're both allergic to the same things.

Tomorrow: vet appointment, returning library books (not getting more as I have an embarrassment of books here), hitting the commissary before the Easter Triduum starts.
