Wish my current CO had that last part. His views are that we have to give everyone good "customer service" even if they try to kill us. If the situation goes south, he feels we've handled it badly. I can only hope he takes a round to the head.

Yeah, I suppose I should be glad "to kill" is one of the priorities at all. But WTF are we here for? Petting puppies? Picking flowers? Defense means HURTING PEOPLE BACK.
