In a story of the KWTX web site about 2nd BCT, First Cavalry Division arriving in Kuwait:
"The brigade commander concluded his remarks to his troops reminding them of his “Black Jack Charge” – the mantra the brigade will live by over the coming year: being positive, polite, professional, prepared to help and, finally, being prepared to kill."
