americanstd and I were watching "The Daily Show" today. John Edwards was the guest and I realized why I could never vote for him: I couldn't listen to that accent for four years.

"He sounds like the black guy on "Family Guy," I told Steve.

"Cleveland?" Steve asked. He listened for a second and declared, "Oh shit, you're right!"

Hey, I can call it.

California being a common property state, I have Steve's cold. Off to bed with me, since I can't afford to miss work.

If you recall, I described the Vice-Presidential debate before the last election as "tender young virgin thrown to the Prince of Darkness".

Edwards would never be able to hit Cheney.
