I'm one of the moderators at the LJ Catholicism community, and I just wanted to post a friendly note concerning another member's complaint about some of your comments. This isn't a warning or anything; just a heads-up. The member feels personally attacked by some of the things you posted in regard to her request for information, and although I don't feel the exchange was too out of line, there were times when it drifted into pointless name-calling. You're a longtime and valued member of the community, and I know you didn't mean to upset this person, but it might be better to ease off a little in the future.

I got one heck of a bee in my bonnet when I've had to do crazy things like learn medieval French in order to read materials for my master's thesis when she can't seem to be bothered to finish a course and make decisions about the subject matter on her own. From the way she frames her questions, it's pretty obvious that she hasn't read whatever subject she is asking about and her request for "opinions" is not curiousity but laziness and possibly plagiarism. but I'm done with that now.

Huh? I got Sunstreaker too!

I don't understand why Lexus (Toyota) doesn't join in and help make an Alternator Transformer. And I'm saddened that they really don't use the Lamborghini as the base transformation anymore. Finally... A yellow Dodge Viper for Sunstreaker?? They should've been through after Dead-End (who was pretty cool. We need more Decepticon Alternators). Sunstreaker needs something sleaker than a Dodge Viper.
