Rumpy Rump is rumpy

Yesterday I realized there's no denying it.  Most of the five pounds I've been trying to lose are located in one spot:  my butt.  My rump has achieved a rumpiness it never possessed before.  

So the tactic is this:  no alcohol Sunday-Thursday, no sugar (this restriction will be lifted for the not-wedding this weekend), and adding the Stairmaster to my gym routine.  I can currently manage five minutes at a time before screaming for mercy.

Consider any deviation from this program to be a lapse in judgment and call me on it accordingly.

bike! regular biking is a great way to a fantastic ass. I swear, I grope my own ass.

I've also heard that stairmaster is bad for the knees. Perhaps lunges instead? I do them with weights in my hands held at my shoulders to activate my core muscles. I don't even do full steps: I simple stand with one foot out front and one out back and do reps of lowering one knee to the floor and flexing the hip and knee of the forward leg.

I got on the exercise bike at the gym until a cross-trainer came free. I felt sore in places that never hurt after I run, so great success!
