Today I had to make two runs on foot to two different courthouses. I observed these things:

1. The enclosed bridge between the Criminal Courthouse and the Hall of Justice (home of Batman, Superman, that fish-fetishist Aquaman and the lovely and talented Wonder Woman--oh, and the civil courtrooms as well) smells like beery ass sweat.

2. Maybe Auschwitz has worse vibes than the Family Courthouse, but I bet it doesn't.

family court is why my dad retired early from the bench, that and the fact he felt self intrest groups made the punishments unfair..
