Thursday we had a "summarization of testimony" test which was kind of a bitch. I only got a 90, and that was one of the higher grades. One guy lost points for a rather strange reason though.

We have, of course, witnesses for the prosecution, questions by the prosecution, etc. For some reason, on paper he typed out no less than three times "witness for the prostitution" and "questions by the prostitution". I think he and his fiance might have to have a little talk. The instructor deducted one point for each prostitution reference but alas made no pithy comments.

Yesterday evening it started raining quite hard and Top (First Sergeant) disapproved. He was standing in the lobby of the building and announced, "We need someone to do a stop-the-rain dance!" I was going to take garbage out anyway, so I went outside, twirled a bit, did a couple of high kicks, and the rain did in fact stop, at least for a few minutes. Today it's blown over. I told
